Development Establishment Branch

The Establishment Branch of the Divisional Commissioners Office deals with the following major matters :-

Matters related to the powers vested at Divisional Commissioner level under Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti Act, 1961 and Mumbai Gram Panchayat Act, 1959
Matters related to powers vested at Divisional Commissioner level in the establishment and service matters of employees in the Zilla Parishad service
Service matters of the Maharashtra Development Service Group A and Group B officers in the Division.
