The following acts are being used to conduct quasi-judicial proceedings regarding appeals/reviews/revisions against orders passed by the Additional District Collectors, Sub-Divisional Officers and Tehsildars of all the five districts of Amravati, Akola, Buldhana, Washim and Yavatmal in the Amravati division.

• Under sections 247, 257 and 258 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Act, 1966.
• Under section 16(2) of the Mumbai Gram Panchayat Act, 1958.
• Under sections 9 and 12 of the Maharashtra Gram Police Act, 1967.
• Under section 35 of the Maharashtra Land Disposal and Land Consolidation Act, 1947.
• Cases under Section 45-A of the Maharashtra Farmland (Ceiling of Land Holdings) Act, 1961.
• Cases under Section 44 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999.
• Cases under the Maharashtra Land Revenue (Return of Unauthorised Transfer of Occupancy Rights by Occupiers of Scheduled Tribes) Rules, 1969.
• Under Maharashtra Tribal Land Transfer Act, 1975.
