Major Subjects handled by this branch:
- To control the Revenue related work.
- Office work regarding the establishment of Groups A and B catagory Officers.
- To look into the appeals against disciplinary orders of Groups C and D employees and appeals against Police Patil disciplinary proceedings.
- Allotment of watan land, subsidiary mineral, forest land, tribal land, Govt encroached land, Govt land for various purpose, Processing of application received registration of rights.
- Overseeing natural disaster management and relief work.
- Conducting annual inspection of revenue offices at regional level, Giving Remarks in monthly Collector Diary, to oversee the creation of new revenue offices, to felicitate officers/employees on Anual Revenue Day-who have done excellent work at the sectoral level, to look into the matter of changing the name of the revenue village.
